Pond maintenance with Kingston Biodiversity Action Group

As wildlife activity in the pond settles down for the winter, it’s time for some clearing and cleaning. Our aim for the day will be to clear some of the new vegetation growth, to maintain the balance between open water and vegetated pond margins at the optimal levels for local wildlife.
