Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
We welcome 15+

What shall I wear?
We recommend warm comfortable clothing as the Sky Garden can get cooler in the evenings

Can I swim before, during or after the film?
Unfortunately we do not permit swimming during the cinema. Only in-house guest are permitted in the pool upto one hour before and after the film due to health and safety.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Heathrow has fantastic public transport options, and there is parking onsite.

What can I bring into the event?
Extra food and drinks can be purchased at the event. Your ticket price includes a welcome drink and popcorn. Sports Bar & Grill is also open from 6pm for Dinner.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Save paper! Show us your ticket on your mobile.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
