POP ROYALTY is sashaying into The Lexington on Saturday 30th August, and it’s set to be an unforgettable afternoon of glitter, glamour, and pop perfection.
Hosted by the sensational Queen Margarita and the ever-fabulous Sheila Virgin, this Pop Icons–themed Drag Party kicks off from 1PM as the queens arrive and prep for an all-out takeover. Guests will be welcomed with a signature cocktail—choose between the indulgent “Priscilla Queen of the Dessert” or the dazzling “Too Good to Cher”, before the spotlight hits at 2PM with fabulous queen introductions followed by back-to-back performances that’ll have you lip-syncing for your life.
At around 2:20PM, we’ll serve up a Pick ‘n’ Tea selection, think sausage rolls, sandwiches, quiche, and all your favourite retro treats. Then it's time to hit the floor with a hilariously fun game of Musical Statues (with prizes to be won, of course!), before the queens return to the stage for another round of dazzling performances.
But the fun doesn’t stop there! Get ready to dab your cards and yell “drag queen!” during our cheeky bingo round, then join in the celebration with a powerful group performance that brings all the energy of your favourite pop concerts. We'll round off the afternoon with a Pop Icons Mega Mix dance party and queen meet-and-greet to make sure everyone leaves feeling like royalty.
