A Pop Up 4 course goat based Banquet prepared by 2 local chefs and served on the farm.
About this Event
In celebration of "Goatober - Ethical, Sustainable, Delicious" we are delighted to join forces with Deli-sh, Fochabers and James Wordie, formerly of Restaurant Martin Wishart, Edinburgh.
This is a limited seating event and pre-booking is essential.
BYOB. Soft drinks will be available
7pm for 7.30pm serving.
Guests are welcome to visit the goats in the barn next door and their dulcet chatter will no doubt accompany the meal.
We are a Zero Waste farm and we encourage guests to bring containers to take away any food left at the end of the evening.
Menu :
- Goat haggis bon bons with homemade red onion marmalade & aioli
- Moroccan goat tagine with herb, citrus & fruit cous cous
- Chocolate & pistachio torte with goats milk rice pudding scented with cardamom & orange
- Goat cheeses and local oatcakes along with grapes and apple
- Coffee
