Do I need to have attended a Barre class before?

No! This class is suitable for beginners. There will be lots of options given to make the class accessible to all.

Barre is a low impact, high intensity class based on Ballet Barre technique and Pilates. You don't have to be a ballerina to attend! The movements are very straightforward, but it's the repetition that delivers that killer Barre burn!
