Come join us at the Bickley Arms for a paw-some experience! We are hosting a Pop-up Dog cafe featuring 3 different breeds (Spaniels/Poodles/Dachsunds) at different timeslots. Whether you're a dog lover or just looking for a fun time, this event is perfect for you. Get ready to meet adorable furry friends and enjoy some quality time in their company. Event Highlights:

• Meet New Friends: Bond with fellow dog owners and their joyful pets.
• Professional Photography: We have a professional photographer ready to capture beautiful moments with your furry friends. This service is complimentary for all ticket holders.
• Fun Photo Props: We'll have a variety of fun photo props to spice up your pictures.
• Treats for Your Pups: Enjoy a selection of free pup cups and treats. Want more? Freshly prepared treats will also be available for purchase.
• Toys and Play: We'll have plenty of toys and balls to keep the pooches entertained throughout the event.
• Delicious Refreshments: Explore a delightful food and drink menu at the Bickley Arms.

Time slots:

12:00-1:30 PM - Spaniels and any crossbreed of spaniels

1:35-3:00PM - Small poodle and any cross breeds of poodles.

3:05-4:30 PM - Dachshund

For the Day of the Event (Small Paw Prints):

• Please Bring: Friendly, well-socialized, and vaccinated dogs.
• Stay Vigilant: Keep an eye on your pets as they remain under your responsibility.
• Clean Up: Please clean up after your dogs—bag and bin any waste.
• Safety First: Do not bring aggressive dogs to the event.
• Health Precautions: Avoid bringing pregnant dogs or those in heat.

Event Guidelines (Terms & conditions)

Aggressive Behavior: Dogs exhibiting aggression towards other dogs or humans will be required to leave for the safety of all attendees.

Responsibility and Liability: Sniff and Brew, organizing this event, along with The Bickley Arms, will not be responsible for the actions of your dog. As an owner, you are solely responsible for your dog’s behavior, and any harm caused to another dog or person will be your liability.

Insurance: Please verify that your pet insurance covers public liability in case your dog harms another dog or person.

Attendance Ratios: If bringing multiple dogs, ensure there are enough handlers. We recommend a maximum of two dogs per handler.

Resolving Conflicts: Any issues arising from interactions with other dogs must be resolved directly with the respective dog's owner. Sniff and Brew and The Bickley Arms will not mediate disputes.

Ticket Information:

Dog Tickets: Dogs attend for free, but please ensure you obtain a ticket for each dog.

Owner Tickets: If your booking includes a dog, all attendees in your party must possess an 'Owner' ticket and attend with the dog.

Dog Lover Tickets: Attendees not bringing a dog should purchase a 'Dog Lover' ticket.

Children’s Tickets: Children under 16 enjoy a reduced rate, and children under 6 attend for free, but tickets are still required.

Entry Discretion: Attendees without a dog but holding an Owner ticket may need to adjust their ticket type to a Dog Lover ticket at an additional cost and service fee, subject to organizers’ discretion.

Cancellation Policy: If the event is canceled, refunds will be issued minus any booking fee.

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of the event, refunds are not available. You may transfer your ticket to someone else if you are unable to attend; such changes are subject to the organizers' approval.

Event Filming: Sniff and Brew may record the event for use in promotions, social media, and other marketing materials. If you wish to have your image removed, please contact sniffandbrew@gmail.com While we strive to honor such requests, removal may not always be possible after publication.

Event Specifics: Please come at the timeslot specified for your dog breeds

Amendments and Notices: We reserve the right to amend or cancel the event. Guests will be notified of any significant changes as soon as possible.
