Join local artist Helen Riches for this wonderful drawing workshop.

Saturday 20 September.

Two classes. 11-12am for under 12s, must be accompanied by an adult.

14.00-15.00 drawing class for adults.

Activity taking place outdoors on the Green. Please dress approporaitely.

Your opportunity to create a historic record of our lovely village green anddraw buildings like an artist. Your artwork contributes to the lasting heritage of Walberswick.

Limited to 12 per class , registration is essential. All materials provided free as part of Heritage Open Days 2025. Bring a small chair or stool to sit on. Please arrive 10 minutes early to register and collect your materials.

is there a cost

No the workshop is entirely free and all materials will be provided, but you must register in advance. Sorry but no capacity for walk-ups on the day.

do i need to bring anything

Pack a waterproof in case of wind and rain. A small stool or chair to sit on may be useful and of course a bottle of water.

are there toilets?

The Village has several public toilets including by the village Hall. Facilities in the Heritage Hut are limited.

Can I park nearby

There are two pay for parking just 5 minutes walk from the Heritage Hut. They operate with contactless payments

What time do i need to arrive?

Please arrive 10 minutes before the start to collect your badge and materials.
