In partnership with Budleigh Salterton Literary Festival, we're very excited to announce that we'll be hosting a Pop-Up Sunday Lunch at The Festival Marquee on Station Road on Sunday 21st September 2025.
Pickle Shack's Michelin-trained chefs have utilized the finest South West produce to craft a sumptuous two course menu, for you to enjoy at the communal dining table:
MAIN COURSE
Darts Farm beef topside, Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, carrot purée and red wine gravy
Creedy Carver chicken breast with bread sauce, roast potatoes and carrot purée and red wine gravy
Baked English lentil, spinach and nut Wellington, carrot purée, chive oil and a red wine gravy (Vegan)
Served alongside bowls of Cauliflower cheese, braised red cabbage and wilted greens
DESSERT
Willies Cacao chocolate tart, cherries, dehydrated chocolate mousse, Budleigh edible flowers
