Where can I park my car?

Accepted Answer

There is a car park just next to the event HQ (TF8 7HT). It is a pay & display car park, however, if you provide your vehicle registration when you 'check in' on the day, we can register you on the system so you don't need to pay.

Is lunch included?

Accepted Answer

If you have bought a ticket with lunch included, you have the choice of Soup & Bread Roll, Sandwich & Crisps, or Jacket Potato & Salad. All lunch options also include tea & coffee, biscuits & fruit. If you have bought a ticket without lunch, please feel free to bring your own lunch with you.

What are the options for lunch?

Accepted Answer

If you have paid for a ticket with lunch included, choose from the following options:
•	Carrot & Coriander Soup & Bread Roll
•	Sandwich & Crisps with your choice of filling: Cheese, Ham, Tuna mayo, Egg Mayo.
•	Jacket Potato & Salad with your choice of filling: Beans, Cheese, Tuna Mayo

Question 4

Are all the activities included in the cost of my ticket?

Accepted Answer

Yes! All the workshops and activities are included in the cost of your ticket, so you can pick and choose your favourites to make it a day to suit you!

Question 5

Do I need to bring anything with me on the day?

Accepted Answer

You will need a copy of your tickets to show on arrival (on your phone or a printed copy).

You may want to bring outdoor clothing if you plan to take part in any of the outdoor activities (e.g. a coat and walking shoes/boots).

You may also want to bring a notepad.

Question 6

What should I wear?

Accepted Answer

Comfortable clothes! 
Some of the activities will involve being active and so you may want to wear activewear. However, it is mainly about you being comfortable on the day. 
As it is March, you may want to wear layers so you can adjust depending on what weather we are blessed with on the day!
