HELLO AGAIN!

We are so pleased to invite you back to Poppelwood! We have made a few changes to adapt to the current circumstances and to help keep you and your loved ones safe. The good news is you can now reserve a table right from your mobile! Please read the following information about our booking system before you continue.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Our terms and conditions

  • -Book a table for your visit. We allow no more than 4 guests per table booking (this includes adults and children). If you require two tables, please make another booking.
  • -You will be charged a non-refundable £5.00 plus fee to book a table and this will cover entry for one child. All additional children over one will cost £5 each, under 1 £1.50.
  • -The balance of the entry will be paid in venue when you visit. Please note: we recommend contactless payment when possible.
  • -To aim to keep a COVID-19 safe environment, please arrive on time for your allocated 2 hour time slot. If you arrive late we cannot allow extra time as following your slot end time we close for half an hour to deep clean ready for the next slot.
  • -You may arrive 5 mins before your slot time to get seated and signed in, however, we will not accept anyone earlier than that as the venue must be clear when we are preparing the venue for you.
  • -Please do not enter the centre if you are unwell or are displaying symptoms of the virus, help protect our community by getting tested and remaining home.
  • -Poppelwood is implementing a variety of actions to protect the health and well-being of our visitors and staff and to control the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus) in accordance with the guidance of local public health authorities.
