About this event

  • Event lasts 3 hours 45 minutes

Popronde 2025 is coming to town – and we're one of the hosts.

This national travelling music festival turns cities into live music playgrounds, and on November 7th, The Social Hub The Hague joins the ride. Our Workcafé transforms into a stage for fresh, upcoming talent, handpicked to soundtrack your evening.

From intimate vocals to bold sounds, we've curated a line-up that hits all the right notes. Drop in, hang out, and discover the artists shaping the future of Dutch music – all under one roof.

Line-up:

  • 18.45 – Bodine Monet (Pop): Bodine Monet takes you on a road trip of personal stories, wrapped in introspective lyrics and energetic pop-folk. She describes her genre as “Personal Power Pop”, touching on recognisable themes of self-discovery, chaos and tranquillity. Bodine is determined to take audiences on a connecting journey with her music and powerful performances.
  • 20.15 – Helen Jewett (Post-Punk): Three-piece who sublimate their quest through the turbulence of modern life into icy, reverby Shoegaze and roaring Post-Punk. They previously supported Personal Trainer, Crows and, in March, Paceshifters on their tour. Played at two venues during ESNS (Eurosonic Noorderslag Festival in Groningen), and presented their debut album “Astrolabium” recorded with Daan Duurland at a sold-out Hedon.
  • 21.45 – Lenny Monsou (Rock): Lenny Monsou quickly created a furore last year with his debut EP Idolizer. A 3FM (Dutch radiostation) Talent, Lenny was nominated as Best Newcomer 2024 and he already performed for the 2nd time at Eurosonic, where he impressed with his powerful vocals and energetic performance. His songs are a contemporary mix of rock and electro pop, with a touch of glam rock.

No tickets, no fuss – just good music and good vibes.
