Portfolio of Evidence & Competency Based Interview Workshop - CMgr Degree

Open to all apprentices, employers and training providers, the CMI Apprenticeship and EPA experts will focus on the Competency Based Interview assessment method. We will provide feedback from our IQA team on what makes a rich Competency Based Interview and Portfolio of Evidence and how this can result in achieving a higher grade. We will also include examples of the types of questions we will pose at the Live Assessment.
