10 am- 4pm

This two day portrait course will offer you the opportunity for intensive study under the tuition of artist Anna Wimbledon. We will aim to produce a tonal head painting from one of our fantastic live portrait models. There will be step by step instruction, demonstrations and guidance in technique and Anatomy with plenty of one-one contact. A perfect follow on from Portrait 1 and preparation for those who would like to attend the Portrait 3 Workshop : Zorn Palette Portrait in Oils.

Bring a packed lunch or eat at the lovely Dukes Cafe.

Linseed oil

Zest-it or other low odour thinner

A range of synthetic brushes (not splayed or out of shape) from small to 1/2 inch

Tear off palette or other

A very small jar with lid

Rags, old towels best

Apron or overalls
