This workshop is perfect for ambitous startups and female business owners who want to stand out among their competitors and attract more loyal customers so if you're already dreaming about a better year next year, a healthier business or a new you, why not use December to get one step ahead...
Maybe you are ready to make the move from idea to implementation, you could be a solopreneur caught up in the day to day running of your startup or an established business looking to grow? Whichever you are, you’ll undoubtedly be wanting to attract more customers and if you’re taking the time and effort to make something happen be it events, social media, promotions, new products or services; you should want to make the biggest impact possible and the best way to go about this is to create a relevant point of difference and use your brand positioning as the foundation for growth and long term success.
Regardless of where you are with your venture, the surest way to build a successful business on your own terms is to focus on mindset and positioning – your business, products and services need to be visible. Building a free website and hoping that your customers will turn up to buy in their millions isn’t going to cut it and it’s the ones who understand the power of an authentic brand that have the edge in today’s marketplace. Brands which have a clear presence and an aligned message are able to cultivate strong relationships, loyal customers and exciting opportunities to create the biggest impact.
We will look at your current market position and competitors before helping you define and develop your brand DNA. We’ll explore what your business could be and what you would like to be known for. When you’re pushing to get customers, your business is using a lot of time, resources and energy for minimum returns but when you define your brand and start communicating clearly to your customers through the right channels for your business, you’ll begin to see the benefits of pulling your customers towards you.
Think of your business like a magnet. A magnet has two poles, called the north pole and the south pole. The two poles may look the same but they behave differently. If you put one pole of a magnet near to a pole of another magnet, you will either feel a pulling force as the two poles stick together or a pushing force, as the two poles repel from each other. In all magnets, identical poles will resist each other, while different poles will pull towards each other. That is what you should be aiming for with your business brand, a point that differentiates you from the competition and pulls people towards you, resulting in a more aligned audience, increased sales and referrals.
In this workshop, we’ll work together to help you to identify and clarify your difference before we start building your strategic blueprint with an action plan to help you get to where you’re going. You’ll leave the Position Your Business for Growth workshop understanding your brand DNA and you’ll be ready to take action – knowing what your business is, what it stands for and where it’s going. You will have created a blueprint to work from, a strategy to follow and an action plan to keep you on track.
If you are ready to start thinking big and doing bigger then this is a great place to start and I’d love to work with you to help make it happen.
Please Note: Workshops have a limited number of places to give me the opportunity to work with you one to one throughout the day and although the group size is kept small in order to maximise the impact and value to you, community and collaboration are strongly encouraged – change is always easier to navigate with people who get it alongside you. So whether it’s a whatsapp group or an exchange of numbers, I’d highly recommend staying in touch with the other women who will be taking this journey with you. I will also be available to you in the weeks following the workshop and if you need more of my time, I also work with clients on a one to one basis, as well as offering a collection of consultancy services – from brand naming to new revenue stream creation projects.
