• Positive ageing: the benefits of diet and activity as we age

• Top tips on diet and physical activity to support bones, joints and muscles, reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease and cancer and improve mental health and cognitive function.

• ‘Quick win exercises’ to help you gain confidence in starting and continuing to be active

• Dietary aspects of good gut health, eye health and reducing the risk of malnutrition and underweight.

Organiser of Positive Ageing – Eat Well, Move Well, Feel Well. Online Webinar.

Claire Callaghan, BPty MSc (Sport and Exercise Physiotherapy) has been a Chartered Physiotherapist for 25 years. She currently works in private practice. Claire's key areas of expertise are exercise, physical activity and women's physical wellbeing. Her current and previous clientele include women of all ages, sports and levels of physical ability, from those who are relatively sedentary and looking to be more active to elite athletes.
