The day will include classes drawn from different healing arts both ancient and modern designed to improve your posture, gait, mobility and flexibility and agility.
Also to deepen your knowledge and awareness of how to integrate new healthy habits into your day to day life.
In the afternoon you will be guided through a deep relaxation,soundbath, guided meditation and breathwork.
The whole experience has been carefully designed to take you through a process of calming down and offering a chance to re-set the nervous system, leaving you feeling calm,relaxed and energised.
The day will include a light and wholesome lucnch, with locally sourced fresh ingredients and a choice of beverages throught ou the day
