Positive Beginnings - Antenatal Workshop

The Positive Beginnings Workshop will provide you with everything you need to know to feel calm, prepared and confident for the arrival of your new baby.

Focussing on the days and weeks after birth, this 90 minute online workshop will walk you though topics such as:

• What to expect from your body after birth

• Supporting a positive recovery

• Your baby’s transition froom womb to world

• An introduction to infant feeding & sleep

• Building your support network

• Nurturing your relationships

• Creating your postnatal plan

Whether you are expecting your first baby, it’s been a while since your last child was born or you just want to do things differently this time around this workshop is designed to support and empower expecting parents wanting to think ahead and create a positive postnatal period for themselves and their growing family.
