Supporting positive body image and prevention of eating disorders in a school context
In this talk, Dr Hannah Lewis will introduce the role of promoting a positive body image in improving young people's mental health more generally, as well as how this can be an important risk factor to address in the prevention of eating disorders. Following this, she will outline some evidence-based tools and programmes to be delivered in a school setting before introducing her upcoming research project and ways to get involved.
