The Positive HR Forum meets on a bi-monthly basis (currently online due to COVID-19 restrictions). The aim of our forum is to bring together expertise from different business sectors to share knowledge and experiences specific to employee engagement and wellbeing.

Each meeting we focus on a different engagement and/or wellbeing topic. Guest speakers are invited to present different elements of the topic from an expert or business perspective.

The topic of this online meeting is 'Looking after the wellbeing of HR Leaders'.

To mark the end of what has been an extremely difficult and demanding year for all HR professionals, this session will focus on looking after the wellbeing of those who's job it is to look after everyone else!

During the forum we will reflect on the HR challenges of 2020. Our fabulous guest speaker, Kelly Swingler, will share with us her personal story and experience of coaching Senior HR Leaders this year. Kelly will also provide valuable advice and useful tips to ensure everyone leaves the meeting feeling energised and ready for whatever challenges the new year brings.
