This is a session to get you in the rhythm of YOUR now!

To get you into and ready for a new week and ways you can improve it.

Its a reminder that your still alive and just need a little nudge to keep moving forward!

Arrive with an open mind and ready to receive.

Currently running these via zoom, the link will be sent to you ahead of the session and ready for Monday.

This event is created for all different types of people, so come along have a listen.

Booking ideas:- Pre-book session for, if you know you have a meeting coming up or an interview. Anything that you need some motivation for.

I am a life coach, so if you feel like you could or want to work with me afterwards on an individual basis. You're welcome to, ask about this at the end of the motivation session.

This is interactive (notebook/journal and, pen, also a switched-on zoom camera, working mic and an open mind). Please get involve and participate as much or as little as feels comfortable. Also know that this session is on every Monday, to get you into a new week.
