How much is the event?

The event is free of charge. Spaces are limited so please only sign up if you can attend. If your plans change and can no longer attend, please cancel your ticket to allow someone else the opportunity to come.

What pace are we running at?

The idea is that we run at a pace that allows for conversation. This is a little tricky as that pace is likely to vary from runner to runner. However, in order to ensure we’re not running for too long and we’re back in time for coffee, we will look to keep a pace of 6:00m/km.

This is an AMAB (assigned male at birth) only event.
