About this event

Family & Education • Parenting

This interactive two-hour session, delivered on Microsoft Teams, offers you practical ideas and strategies that have proven successful, based on my delivering hundreds of workshops to thousands of parents over the last 20 years.

Includes:

  • Practical day-to-day strategies around executive functioning (daily living) skills that ADHD children and young people generally struggle with e.g. planning, organisation, short term memory and time managment
  • Behaviour management techniques that are more likely to connect with your child and help promote a more positive balance of family life
  • A full copy of the PowerPoint presentation to refer back to

Don't miss this opportunity to learn some new ideas and strategies with other parents and carers who know what it's like to live with ADHD every day. Most suitable for ages up to around 13 years.

Places are limited on this interactive workshop to allow for any questions you may have. Register now and secure your spot! New dates are being added all the time so if these don't suit keep an eye out for future events.

Please note the content of this workshop is most appropriate for those living in the UK.

About the trainer - Ian Hall, ADHD Specialist Coach, Trainer and Consultant

I’ve spent 20 years working with - and learning from - thousands of people with ADHD. This includes children, young people, parents/carers, adults and their families, along with the practitioners who support them.

Until December 2024 I was with ADHD Solutions CIC, an independent not-for-profit voluntary organisation working across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland, which unfortunately came to an end due to financial reasons. I was diagnosed with ADHD in adult life so bring a wealth of personal as well as professional experience to my work. My aim is always to present up to date, relatable information that reflects the reality of living with ADHD.
