POSITIVE PSYCHOLOGY WITH MARTIN SELIGMAN

Join us for an inspiring evening with the founder of Positive Psychology, Martin Seligman, as he shares his groundbreaking ideas to help us flourish as individuals and contribute to a happier world.

Dr Seligman will summarise key principles, findings and future developments from the world of Positive Psychology. He will also share how we can put these ideas into practice to make the most of our human potential, overcome adversity and help create flourishing communities, schools and workplaces.

** Book early to avoid disappointment **
This is a rare UK visit for Dr Seligman and we are anticipating high demand for tickets
