About the Accreditation Programme
At PeopleWise, we have been researching resilience for a number of years and have found that to thrive in a VUCA world, resilience is not enough. Organisations and individuals need positive resilience to flourish in a VUCA world that is increasingly fast paced and unpredictable. How we cope with these demands, determines whether performance at work is hindered or heightened.
As a psychometric tool with individual, team and organisational applications, the Positive Resilience Profiler measures both psychological and environmental factors that enable individuals and organisations to bounce forward, and not just back, from challenge, change and adversity. The Positive Resilience profiler is the perfect tool for driving an agile, growth agenda through 1-1 feedback and coaching, personal effectiveness training, leadership development programmes, team development and organisational transformation, with a comprehensive suite of tools to support a range of applications.
Positive Resilience Profiler accreditation is now available in e-learning format. Contact letushelp@peoplewise.co.uk, or visit our online shop to purchase the course.
