About this event

NOTE: If you are not able to attend and would like access to the materials for this programme, please email Matt Davis (davis81@liverpool.ac.uk) in The Academy.

DescriptionWhat is it that some people are doing that makes them so successful, so fulfilled and seemingly so at ease with the world? Have they got some hidden streak of genius that they were born with? How do they always seem to be following their own passions and agenda? Are they just lucky? Or have they got a secret approach to life that makes them thrive and flourish in ways that we can only dream of?

Researchers have followed and studied hundreds of successful people in a bid to understand the common traits and habits they practice that sets them apart from the rest. If you’ve always wanted to feel in control of your life and follow your own dreams – not someone else’s, then this is just what you need. In this session, we’ll take you through the top skills that they all practice, what we have called the “Positive Skills for Life”.
