In today’s world it’s easy for young people to feel overwhelmed by pressure to perform, to experience social disconnection, digital stimulation, anxiety, eating disorders, dissociative behaviours, sensitivity and low self-esteem.
They are feeling burnt out like many adults are but they don't know how to express this.This generation are more emotionally intelligent and spiritually curious than ever. They are not drawn to authority or formality, what they seek is authenticity and permission to just be.
They respond well to a healing fusion of creative visuals, magical journeying in meditation, sound healing and a non judgemental space to feel heard.

💫Be taken on a magical empowering guided meditation
💫Hands on energy healing will be given to you individually by Juliet & Camilla, established and intuitive Reiki Masters
💫Be immersed in a COSMIC soundscape of coloured lights, music, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, reiki drumming and Koshi chimes
💫Enjoy the healing frequencies of the crystals in the room
💫Awakening slowly to end our practice with a gratitude juice ceremony to self and to recognise the energetic connection to our group
