Join us for a restorative and inspiring day at PositiviTEA: Well-Being Wonders, a conference dedicated to nurturing the well-being of Educational Psychologists (EPs), Trainee EPs (TEPs), Assistant EPs, and those we serve: school staff, parents and young people.

This event is designed to create space for connection, reflection and practical strategies to support positive well-being and flourishing in both professional and personal contexts.

Through interactive sessions, reflective activities and shared learning, you’ll:

  • Connect with like-minded professionals and be part of our PositiviTEA community.
  • Gain practical tools for promoting positivity, flourishing and well-being.
  • Earn valuable Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours and get a certificate of attendance.

At PositiviTEA, we celebrate kindness, psychological safety and a sense of community. We invite you to pause, reflect and re-energise. This conference is a welcoming space to prioritise well-being, share experiences and feel inspired for the year ahead.

PositiviTEA Conference 2026 – Terms & Conditions

We’re really looking forward to welcoming you to the PositiviTEA Conference. To help everything run smoothly, please take a moment to read the following terms and conditions.

1. Tickets & Registration

  • All attendees must register through Eventbrite with accurate personal details.
  • Tickets are non-transferable without prior agreement from the organisers. Name changes due to typos may be permitted free of charge up to 7 days before the event. Other transfer requests will be considered at our discretion and may incur an administration fee.
  • Ensure you select the correct ticket category for your professional status. We cannot guarantee the ability to change ticket types after purchase.
  • This is a live event and will not be recorded. You are not permitted to record/transcribe any element of the event.
  • Buddy Tickets:
  • Buddy tickets allow two people of the same professional category to attend at a discounted rate.
  • Buddy tickets are only available for the same ticket type. For example, TEPs can only bring a TEP with them on their buddy ticket.
  • Buddy ticket purchases operate on the understanding that the purchaser is fully responsible for the total payment.
  • The purchaser is the legal ticket holder for both places. All correspondence, refund requests, and ticket amendments must be made by the original purchaser. Buddies cannot independently exercise ticket rights without the purchaser's involvement.
  • It is the purchaser's responsibility to arrange reimbursement from their buddy independently.
  • Any disputes between buddy ticket holders regarding payment, attendance, or use of tickets are private matters. The organisers' only obligation is to the original purchaser as the legal ticket holder.
  • Both attendees must register their details through the purchaser's Eventbrite account.
  • When purchasing buddy tickets, the purchaser confirms they have obtained consent from their buddy to register their personal details via the purchaser's Eventbrite account. The buddy consents to their data being processed in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  • The event link is solely for ticket holders and must not be shared beyond ticket holders.
  • Once a single ticket has been bought, it is not possible to swap/upgrade to a buddy ticket afterwards.
  • If one buddy cannot attend, the purchaser may nominate a replacement of the same professional category, subject to availability and at the organisers' discretion. Alternatively, the purchaser may request a partial refund for one half of the buddy ticket (see refunds section) or forfeit the unused portion without refund. Access links are unique to ticket holders and must not be shared. Sharing access details may result in account suspension without refund.
  • Technical Requirements: You must have a stable internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps), a compatible device (desktop/laptop recommended), and an up-to-date web browser. Mobile devices may have limited functionality.
  • Platform Access: Event access links will be sent to registered attendees 48 hours before the conference. Links are unique to each ticket holder and must not be shared. Technical testing sessions will be available 24 hours prior to the event.
  • Technical Support: Limited technical support will be available on the day via the chat function. We cannot guarantee resolution of individual technical issues and are not responsible for connectivity problems or device malfunctions.

2. Accessibility & Participation

  • We are committed to making this event accessible. Please contact the organisers at least 7 days before the event to request accessibility accommodations such as live closed captioning or screen reader compatibility.
  • Participation in interactive elements is optional. Camera and microphone use is at your discretion, though some activities may be enhanced by active participation.
  • If you experience technical difficulties preventing access, please contact organisers immediately. Alternative access methods may be available at our discretion.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel your place, refunds are available up to 14 days before the event, minus Eventbrite’s booking fees.
  • Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of the event.
  • If one person from a buddy ticket cancels, a partial refund of 50% of the buddy ticket price (representing one person’s portion) is available, minus applicable Eventbrite service fees. The remaining ticket holder may nominate a replacement of the same professional category, subject to availability and at the organisers' discretion. We cannot facilitate finding replacement attendees.
  • All refunds requested by ticket holders will be processed excluding Eventbrite’s service fees. Eventbrite fees are non-refundable, and therefore any refund issued will cover only the ticket price minus applicable Eventbrite fees.
  • If the event is cancelled by the organisers, you will receive a full refund including Eventbrite fees within 14 days.
  • If the event is postponed by the organisers for any reason, your ticket will automatically be transferred to the new date. If you cannot make the new date, you may request a full refund (including Eventbrite fees) within 10 days of the postponement announcement.

4. Content Protection

  • This is a live event and will not be recorded. You are strictly prohibited from recording, transcribing, photographing, or taking screenshots of any element of the event, including presentations, chat functions, or participant video feeds. This includes using any recording software or devices.
  • Content Sharing: All materials, presentations, and discussions are confidential to attendees. You may not share, distribute, or reproduce any content without express written permission from the organisers and relevant speakers.
  • Speaker Content: All presentations, materials, and content provided by speakers remain the intellectual property of the respective speakers or their employers. Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any speaker content without express written permission.
  • Conference Materials: Any resources, handouts, or materials provided by the organisers are protected by copyright and licensed to attendees solely for personal professional development. Commercial use or redistribution is prohibited.
  • Attendee Contributions: By participating in discussions, chat functions, or interactive sessions, you grant the organisers a non-exclusive license to use any ideas, suggestions, or feedback you provide for future conference development and promotional purposes.
  • Conference Branding: The "PositiviTEA" name, logo, and branding are owned by the organisers. Attendees may not use this branding for commercial purposes without written permission.
  • Attribution Requirements: If referencing or discussing conference content in professional contexts post-event, appropriate attribution to speakers and the conference should be provided.
  • Infringement: If you believe any content infringes your intellectual property rights, contact the organisers immediately with details of the alleged infringement.

5. Programme Changes

  • If at any time you need to take a break or step away, please do so and look after yourself. You’re welcome to contact the organisers, who will check in with you and offer support where possible.
  • Unacceptable behaviour, including disrespectful, discriminatory or disruptive actions, will not be tolerated. Anyone engaging in such behaviour may be asked to leave or evicted at the organisers’ discretion, with no refund issued.
  • Please mute your microphone when not actively speaking, use appropriate virtual backgrounds, and engage respectfully in any chat functions provided.
  • Intentional disruption of the platform, including inappropriate use of chat, video, or audio functions, will result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
  • Do not screenshot, photograph, or record other participants. Respect others' privacy choices regarding camera and microphone use.
  • Respect other attendees' boundaries regarding networking and follow-up contact. Do not share others' contact details without permission.
  • Keep all chat communications relevant to the session content. Personal conversations should be moved to private messages or direct contact.
  • Commercial promotion, advertising, or solicitation is prohibited in any chat functions.
