Join us live for a complete introduction to choosing to study T-Levels, BTECs, NVQs or Vocational Qualifications in September 2026. You’ll hear from the Admissions and Careers Teams at local colleges and training providers to explain more about the courses and qualifications available, the application process, entry requirements, facilities and pastoral support, what happens on results day, enrolment and more.

We’ll also be joined by local employers to explain more about T-Levels – including how to apply and the work placements on offer.

You'll have the opportunity to get hints and tips, expert advice and insider know-how, and you can even submit your own question in our live chat box.

Evening Live Q&A Open Event – Ideal for Parents, Carers, Students and more

It’s really important to get talking about your options for when you leave secondary school. This one-hour online open event is designed for students, parents and carers, teachers and advisors who want to know more about choosing the vocational or technical qualifications route and the applications process for students who'll be starting with a college or a training provider in September 2026. The event is being hosted by Stockport Council and Stockport Jobs Match as part of Post-16 Careers Week 2025.
