About this event
Are you looking to get active and meet others who've finished cancer treatment in Waltham Forest?
Join our free, gentle wellbeing walk in the beautiful Walthamstow Wetlands.
This guided group is for adults who have finished cancer treatment and want to enjoy the benefits of walking, fresh air, and connection with others. It’s a welcoming, low-impact way to build confidence, boost mental wellbeing, and reduce isolation.
Walks take place once a month and last around an hour. You’ll walk at your own pace with others who understand what it’s like to navigate life after cancer.
Attendees can also join a supportive walking WhatsApp group after attending.
