European Union (EU) membership presented the UK with both opportunities to exploit and challenges to overcome (or at least minimise). The now likely exit from the EU will bring opportunities and challenges of its own. The EU Referendum and it’s aftermath has further highlighted concerns that are linked to the EU, though often with far deeper British community and business roots and implications.
The Post EU Referendum on the Workplace is the opportunity to begin to explore and develop an understanding of key issues that have an impact on the human elements of the Workplace, in or out of the EU.
The inaugural event taking place on the 6th October will be focused on gaining a joint understanding of the key challenges relating to the two key areas of Young Adults and Mobility & Discrimination, with a third session on The Organisation Leadership we need to carry us forward.
SME Owners, HR, OD and L&D professionals working inside or on a freelance basis for organisations and people working with Young Adults.
This inaugural session will help to inform future solution focused roundtable events and information from the event will be used for research purposes.
This event will run under Chatham House rules, which means that the event will run under the Chatham House rule*.
Looking forward to seeing you on the 6th October.
