Postnatal Coaching Programme

Becoming a mum is one of the most profound changes you’ll ever experience. It’s a time of transformation, filled with both joy and challenges. Our Postnatal Coaching Programme is designed to support you through this incredible journey, helping you regain your confidence, trust your decisions, and nurture your emotional wellbeing.

This programme offers a space where you can connect with other new mums, share experiences, and build resilience together. Using a blend of coaching tools and techniques, we’ll help you navigate this important period with greater clarity, understanding, and empowerment.

Programme Details

  • Duration: 6 weeks, with weekly 2 hour Zoom sessions.
  • Who’s it for: Mums who’ve had a baby in the last year.
  • Group Size: Up to 8 women per group.
  • Childcare: No formal childcare required – you’re welcome to have your baby with you on the call.
  • Ticket prices includes one 30 min 1:1 coaching session with Rachel to consolidate learning.

What to Expect in the Sessions

Each group is designed as a closed space, meaning that the same mums will join you for the full 6 weeks, creating a sense of safety and continuity. The sessions are semi-structured, guided by me, Rachel Erasmus (Former Midwife and Accredited Professional Life Coach), with plenty of room for personal exploration and connection.

Our work together will revolve around your personal experiences, emotions, values, and aspirations. During each session, we will share our experiences and use coaching tools and approaches to explore day-to-day experiences as a parent of a new baby. The focus of these groups will not include education on how to deal with issues such as feeding or sleeping. The aim is to support you in your personal adjustment to motherhood.

Themes that may be addressed are:

  • Self-compassion and acceptance
  • Managing stress and overwhelm
  • Setting healthy boundaries
  • Overcoming isolation and building a supportive network
  • Navigating challenging conversations
  • Embracing change and the transformation of motherhood
  • Rediscovering and reimagining your purpose and passions

Why This Programme?

The benefits of joining this group go far beyond just the 6 weeks of coaching. You’ll build connection with other mothers, gain tools to build your confidence, improve your self-esteem, and deepen your connection with your baby. Research shows that the more connected you are to your baby in these early stages, the better it supports their emotional and brain development for years to come.

By supporting you, we’re hoping to strengthen the bond between you and your little one, so that both of you thrive.
