Postnatal Foundations Level 1 is a refreshing take on postnatal education and is designed to:
- Provide you the tools and considerations to work with postnatal clients within your area of work
- Submerge you into the world of postpartum recovery and physical considerations in practice including musculoskeletal considerations, pelvic health considerations, abdominal wall recovery including diastasis recti and c-section, perineal trauma and return to exercise.
- Teach you the format of a postnatal musculoskeletal and abdominal wall examination so you can provide 'Natal Checks' within your scope of practice to your client base and understand when to refer on.
- Equip you with marketing ideas and business support from industry expert business owners and tutors.
- Provide you with ongoing support and an encouraging community to help catapult and grow your Women's Health career
