Reduce the stress of exams with our revision and coping tips
Feeling stressed or anxious about exams? Not sure how to make your revision most effective?
This session will explore methods of coping with exams: both by ensuring that you maximise how well you revise, and deal with nerves on the day. There will be a focus on how to manage your time and your notes most effectively, both beforehand and in an exam situation itself. Exams are, of course, the single most nerve-wracking thing for many students - come along to the session and explore how to give yourself the very best chance.
