Creative Ways to Work in Therapy Workshop

Saturday 28th November. 10am-3pm (4hrs CPD).

Aim of the workshop...

This workshop will be relaxed, friendly and informal.You will be encouraged to share your own experiences in discussions to get the most from the day.There will be a mix of creative therapy demonstrations, guided examples, tips and techniques and small group skills practice.

Who it's for...

This workshop is suitable for both trainees and qualified counsellors looking to learn more creative ways of working with clients, have a chance to practice with other therapists and also build confidence around creative techniques.

Cost...

£45 per person includes all resources & unlimited refreshments.Also includes a free goody bag which will get you started on building your own creative kit.

What you get...

Tips, techniques and information on creative techniques. A goody bag of little creative bits and bobs to start using straight away. You will receive a Certificate of Attendance upon completion of the day which can be used in your Personal Development Portfolio, equivalent to 4 hours CPD. Handouts are provided where applicable but feel free to bring along a notepad and pen.

Breaks, lunch and allergies...

Hot and cold drinks as well as biscuits and fruit will be provided throughout the day.

There will be a lunch break allowing time to get lunch in Redcar or you can bring your own to eat in our training room.

There will be microwaves available.Please let me know in advance f there are any special requests/allergies etc.

There will be vegan and plant-based options for milk/biscuits. Please bring any other milk you may require.

Venue:

The Innovation Centre, Kirkleatham Business Park, Redcar, TS10 5SH.

It is fully accessible with a lift, ramps, wide corridors and open plan rooms.

Parking and public transport...

There is ample parking right outside The Innovation Centre.

Buses run along the main road passed Kirkleatham Business Park and it's a 10 minute walk from the bus stop to the Innovation Centre.

Booking is essential.

Full payment is required at time of booking to secure your place.You will be refunded in full if the workshop is cancelled for any reason.

Refunds won't be given if you cancel/don't attend.

You do not need to purchase another ticket if you've already paid for the workshops original date in June that was cancelled owing to Covid-19. We've transferred you over already

This workshop will run dependent on minimum/maximum numbers. Please book early to avoid disappointment.
