Body Awareness, Breath & Nervous System Regulation
Location: Miles Green Farm
This in-person class offers a unique approach to movement, breath, and body awareness, designed to help you retrain how you move, breathe, and relate to your body.
Unlike a typical yoga or Pilates session, this class focuses on building strength, releasing unconscious tension, and improving posture, coordination, and nervous system regulation. You’ll learn how your body holds stress, how to let it go, and how to move in a way that supports long-term health and resilience.
It’s also educational, giving you practical tools to better manage your stress response, breathing patterns, and daily physical habits — helping you feel more connected, capable, and aware.
Many people with experience in yoga or Pilates find this work to be a powerful complement — offering something new, subtle, and deeply transformative.
