Description

Building Growth: Deploying Entrepreneurial Capitals

This event will bring stakeholders together to focus on developing detailed collaborative action plans, addressing the challenges identified in the first event (March 2017). “Entrepreneurial capitals” will be analysed, so that each brewer will focus on their economic resources (cash, equipment); their social capital (network, friends, connections); their cultural capital (knowledge, way of viewing the work) and their symbolic capital (reputation, awards).

Where are you now? Where do you want to be? What does growth mean to you? How can you get there? How can the sector work together to become strong and sustainable, on its own terms? The outcome of this workshop will be a number of pilot studies, directly tackling growth challenges and opportunities.
