Pottery and a Pint (or Prosecco)
Join us for a fun and creative evening of pottery and a free drink at the Grantham Museum! Get your hands dirty and unleash your inner artist as you learn the art of pottery making. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced potter, this event is perfect for everyone.
Events are on Fridays with the first one on the 8th March 2024 at 18:30 until 20.30, our skilled instructors will guide you through the process of creating your own unique pottery masterpiece. From shaping the clay to adding intricate designs, you'll have the opportunity to express your creativity and make something truly special. You will have the chance to create something using the potter's wheel and by handbuilding. A small additional fee is payable if you would like your artwork fired for collection at a later date.
As you work on your pottery, enjoy a refreshing pint of beer or a glass of Prosecco. The relaxed and casual atmosphere of the event allows you to unwind, socialize, and have a great time with friends or meet new people who share your passion for art.
