Overview

Come and learn a new skill or develop your practise.

This 6 week course is designed for beginners, returning and intermediate learners.

Beginners will follow the 'Introduction to Pottery' course programme which introduces many hand building techniques. You will learn how to make a set of tiles, coil built bowls, pinch pots, lidded boxes and vases, jugs or mugs. Also we will teach you about decorating techniques and incorporated are 2 glazing sessions where you will be able to choose from a wide range of glazes.

Advanced learners are encouraged to work on your own projects using the various clays, glazes, tools and resources available. You will receive continued support, guidance and experience in order to expand your pottery knowledge.

Course fee is £240 for 15 hrs qualified tuition with materials and firing included. Book your place with a £50 deposit following the link and then £95 in week 1 and week 3.
