Pottery Wheel Throwing Workshop for Two

Ever wanted to try the pottery wheel? Join us for a relaxed, hands-on session where you’ll learn the foundations of wheel throwing.

You’ll be guided through the key techniques including opening the clay, pulling up the walls, shaping your pot, trimming excess clay, and finishing your piece. Each participant will throw two pots each, and you’ll both choose your favourite to be fired and glazed in our house white glaze ready to collect later. (4-6 weeks)

Coloured glaze options are available for an additional £5 per pot.

If you’d like to keep both pots, there is an additional £5 firing fee for the second pot. If you also choose a coloured glaze for the second pot, the £5 glaze upgrade will apply to that pot as well.

IMPORTANT: Please arrive on time for your session, there are other slots taking place throughout the day which must run on time. If you arrive late you may have your session cut short or refused entry and no refunds will be given in this case. Thank you for respecting our time :)

Additional info: Please have short nails as you may not be able to successfully throw a pot if your nails are too long, it will dig into the clay, ruining your work.
