What should I wear to the class?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes that you don’t mind getting dirty. We provide aprons, but you may want to bring your own if you prefer.

What if I have long nails/long hair?

We recommend cutting your nails short before the class. If you have long hair please bring something to tie your hair back.

When will my pots be ready for collection?

The pots you make in the class will take approx 4-5 weeks to dry, be glazed and fired. This depends on the weather, drying time and firing schedules. Once they are ready for collection, we will notify you.

What do I need to bring?

Just your curiosity and creativity! Everything else will be provided, including aprons, tools and all the materials.

How many pots will I make in the class?

People usually manage to make between 2-4 pots in this beginners class. The first pot is the practice one. Then you can make as fast or as slow as you like! Some people prefer to spend more time and perfect their pot, whilst others just want to go fast, play around. There is no right or wrong ;)

How many pots can I keep?

Glazing and firing of one pot is included in the price.
