Honouring this year’s theme of “Power and Pride,” this session invites you to explore what those words mean in the context of your own life as a Black woman navigating strength, softness, self-love, and rest. Together, we’ll reflect on how power and pride show up in our daily experiences and the ways we nurture ourselves and others.
