Power, Pride and Resistance, the Role of Art

At this penultimate event of Black History Month Tinashe Chipawe and Lori Hall, will work together to explore the intersections of art and identity and illustrate how art can sustain, galvanise and mobilise communities to take action and promote change. The audience may be invited to create poetry to capture their responses to the evening.

This event is free and open to all. Donations of non-perishable food and personal hygiene items gratefully received for the University Student Community Larder.
