To organise meaningfully within universities, we have to understand the structures of exploitation, finance and policing that define them - and COVID has exacerbated all these fault-lines. Organisers from unions, Preventing PREVENT and CAAT universities campaign will discuss the changing battleground of universities and how they are responding.

This is a CORE session: Core sessions provide the basis of knowledge for the rest of Power Shift so we would ask you to attend them at the very minimum. As well as workshop time, we have also arranged a number of social evenings. You are welcome to attend as many as you would like, in order to meet other Power Shift participants in an informal setting.
