This free one-day event for arts leaders, Chairs and decision makers aims to provoke debate, inspire change and celebrate good practice around diversity of governance, leadership and thinking.

Curated by Contact and the wider sector, the event will include a keynote from Darren Henley, Chief Executive of Arts Council England, who will also launch Arts Council's annual diversity report. This will be followed by a panel addressing how more diverse approaches to governance and leadership can drive organisational and sector change.

The afternoon will feature a series of inspirational TED-style talks, where leaders from a range of sectors including sports, law and broadcasting will tackle diverse thinking, leadership and recruitment. There will also be specially commissioned artist provocations.
