Stress was responsible for 43% of all sick days taken in the UK last year. Power Up! Reboot your brain has been designed to help you manage your energy throughout the day to avoid unnecessary stress, and instead promote action, creativity and focus. The result is an overall more healthy working mind, putting you at your best for the rest of the day. Aaaah! It's like yoga for the mind!
