The benefits of yoga are too vast to measure and have to be experienced to be believed but (2000 years in a nutshell) essentially yoga provides a toolkit that teaches us how to become content with our lives as they are and sprinkles of bit of magic and peace into an otherwise jam-packed and restless world.
Join us as we delve deeper into the yoga toolkit and learn how to generally kick ass in life, on and off the mat. No frills or chanting. 21st century stuff.
Daisy trained with the Power Yoga Company in Parsons Green and she teaches Power Yoga, a fast-paced but mindful class, open to all that will help you get out of your head and into your body.
Taking place every Wednesday evening from 7:00-8:00pm
