Powerbelle Continuation Programme April 2017.

This short course is the Powerbelle continuation programme to fill the gap between new year and spring blocks.
The sessions are open gym sessions to come in and train with the other members between 6pm and 8pm. They will be staffed and coaching will be available but you are free to come in and workout within the 2 hour block. Theres not a formal start time, just come in and get stuck in.
