POWERBELLE; Get Strong for Summer

   The     first Powerbelle programmes have helped participants become fitter, stronger     and more confident! We are excited to announce another 10 week course     starting Monday 8th May,  get signed up and     join us!    

10 week strength & conditioning programme.

Learn new, fun and effective training methods

Train with other like-minded women in a great environment

Improve strength and power, reducing muscle imbalances and injury

Reduce body fat and improve muscle tone

PLACE: Southbourne Building, 37 Clarkehouse Road, S10 2LD (across from King Edwards swimming pool)

TIME: Mondays 6pm - 7.30 pm OR Mondays 7.30pm - 9pm £60 for 10 weeks

Mondays 6pm - 7.30 pm OR Mondays 7.30pm - 9pm AND Thursdays 7am AND Saturday 10am ; £100 for 10 weeks

Dave Hembrough

Dave Hembrough is the lead strength and conditioning coach at Sheffield Hallam University. He works as a sport science officer in The Centre of Sport and Exercise Science where he manages a number of performance and community projects and mentors developing coaches. Dave has coached world champions, Olympians and Commonwealth medallists and is also the head coach of Hallam Barbell Weightlifting Club.
