Event Details

The Powerbelle Continuation Group is for women who have been though our introduction block and want to continue their training journey with us.

These sessions will be mixed sessions with both into and improvers training together. The continuation group will be provided with programming and coaching support alongside the beginers.

Participants will also be expected to help and support each other. We are building a community of strong women who support each other. We can improve better together than we can apart.

Powerbelle helps women become fitter, healthier, stronger and more confident in a great friendly and social training environment!

 

- Learn new, fun training methods

- Train with other like-minded women in a great supportive environment

- Improve strength and power, reducing muscle imbalances and injury

 

 Our new 10 week programme starts on MONDAY 15th of January, get signed up and join us!

 

WHAT: A weekly strength training session coached by experienced female coaches. Lean to lift weights and workout in a way that is fun, safe and gets results. The 10 week block starts from the 15th of Jan with options of  training with us on Monday or Tuesday evenings at 6-7.30pm or 7.30-9pm

 

WHERE: The Strength & Conditioning Suite, Southbourne Building, 37 Clarkehouse Road, S10 2LD (across from King Edwards swimming pool). Search for Hallam Barbell on Google Maps for specific details/info.

 

WHEN: Monday and Tuesday evenings at  6-7.30pm or 7.30-9pm
