Menopause happens so how can we best help ourselves?
About this event
Are you a woman in her 40s or 50s and have you found that you can’t lose weight or are putting on weight especially around your tummy? Are you finding it hard to concentrate or perform at work? Are you feeling more stressed or anxious? Do you find that your joints are hurting for no apparent reason? Has sleeping become an issue, either not being able to sleep or waking up multiple times during the night? Do you feel like a stranger in your own body like you’ve lost the person you used to be? Are your previous ways of dieting and exercising not working anymore? You are not alone!
At this stage in our lives our bodies are transitioning, this is a natural change. Our menopausal symptoms simply highlight the changes within and it’s time to listen to what our body is trying to tell us. By appraising the different aspects of our health and lifestyle this stage can become one of renewal. These can infact become our power years.
All women will go through menopause but each woman’s experience will be different. In this webinar we will discuss how to alleviate menopausal symptoms by making manageable lifestyle changes. We will discuss the changes that happen to our hormones and why we need to change how we eat and move in order to power through menopause.
Join Maggie Fordham and Lesley Fettes for the webinar and become an advocate for your own healthy lifestyle.
Learn to live healthier and happier and find out about how to create manageable lifestyle changes to help improve your wellbeing here.
